You accept the Terms by accessing and remaining on the Website or by engaging our Services and accept that your information may need to be shared with third party suppliers in order for us to deliver our Services to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


My Go to Concierge own all trademarks, domain name, logos, images and media files.

Use of the Website and the Services is at your own risk. Everything on the Website and the Services is provided to you without warranty or condition of any kind.

Limitation of liability

My Go to Concierge engage a third-party supplier each an Independent Contractor on your behalf, then My Go to Concierge is acting as your agent in sourcing the goods or services. My Go to Concierge will not be responsible for products and services offered by us as acting agent or for any aspect of the relationship between you and any particular supplier. My Go to Concierge will however do everything it reasonably can to assist you in any dealings you have with the supplier.

My Go to Concierge shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of you.

The Services

The Services provided by My Go to Concierge will be based upon specific criteria provided to us and we will act in accordance with instructions provided by you and will assume all information provided by you is accurate, true and correct.

Any Service requiring ticket purchases, bookings, reservations or goods and services supplied by a third party or an Independent Contractor will be subject to the terms & conditions of that third party, to which you agree, upon instructing us to purchase the goods or book the services on your behalf.


All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made using the payment method selected by you that we hold on file. When engaging My Go to Concierge, you authorise us to debit your payment method for deposit or security purposes where required.

Payment can be made by via electronic bank transfer or PayPal. In using the Website, the Services or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the PayPal terms and conditions which are available on their website.

Refund and Cancellations Policy

When purchasing tickets, goods or services for you, on your behalf, you should expect that all sales are final and no refunds or cancellations will be issued after purchase from the third party. Should an event be cancelled, My Go to Concierge will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of the event being cancelled.

My Go to Concierge will only provide you with a refund of the Fee in the event we are unable to continue to provide the Services if we decide at our absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances.

Termination of Contract

By either you or by in writing to us via the ‘Get in Touch’ on our My Go to Concierge homepage.
